Overview

Meta's Reality Labs & AI Partnerships (RLAIP) organization focuses on building and managing partnerships that are crucial to the success of Meta's company priorities. To further that mission, the team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager (Wearables) with high focus on the operations aspects of the organization. The RLAIP team is scaling into a multifaceted, global organization spanning multiple ecosystems including XR, AI, Strategic Technology Partners, AI GTM and Wearables.

This high profile Program Manager will directly support leadership to drive the organization’s strategic and operational objectives. The Program Manager will sit inside the Strategy & Operations team, partnering directly with, and supporting, Wearables leadership to install—and continuously improve—the operating system that keeps us aligned and moving. The Program Manager will lead key cross‑functional projects, cultivate essential stakeholder relationships, ensure alignment of operational priorities, and facilitate collaboration across teams to enable the organization's continued success.

This role will combine strategic thinking with solid project management skills. The Program Manager will drive clarity and momentum: bridging strategy, execution, deal work, and communications across the Reality Labs & AI Partnerships Organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced, operational thinker with creative problem‑solving skills; a proven influencer and a fast learner; a resilient self‑starter willing operating in ambiguity and an always‑evolving landscape.
