A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities Develop protocols to identify trust-breaching customer experiences and recommend response strategies Establish monitoring processes for trust-breaching incidents and prepare reports for leadership Design Trust Policies to govern marketplace participation and develop compliance training processes
Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in Safety & Trust or comparable Operations, Product, or Compliance function Completion of a 4-year accredited College program; advanced graduate study preferred Proven track record in building and launching successful customer-centric solutions Prior experience in assessing and designing audit functions for compliance monitoring is a plus Strong desire to understand the business and exceptional judgment in risk management
