Job Description
Our client is executing a complex carve out and requires a highly experienced Program Manager to reinforce an active separation program. The selected leader will oversee the Exit TSA phase and drive cross functional delivery across IT, Data, Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, and other business areas. This role requires strong command of carve outs and divestitures, clear executive communication skills, and the ability to operate in sensitive international environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full end to end program management across scope, planning, risks, issues, budget, and dependencies.
- Own and enhance the M and A playbook. Ensure the playbook is applied, adapted, and strengthened with lessons learned.
- Establish and run governance forums including steering committees and executive checkpoints.
- Coordinate all cross functional streams including IT, Data, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
- Build and execute the TSA Exit roadmap with focus on stability, compliance, and timing.
- Identify critical dependencies and design mitigation actions.
- Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to maintain alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain business continuity and ensure readiness for independent operation at exit.
- Provide senior level reporting to executives in France and Poland.
- Stabilize current work streams and reinforce ongoing delivery.
- 15-20+ years of experience
- Proven delivery experience in carve out, divestiture, separation, or TSA exit programs
- Strong background managing multi stream international programs across several functional areas
- Experience working directly with C level stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex political dynamics and sensitive organizational conditions
- Ability to lead teams across IT, Data, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations
- Ability to quickly understand existing program structures and stabilize governance
