Create, test and implement new operations models and process improvements. Partner with corporate ops and retail teams to define the best way to integrate new initiatives into current operations and partner with field operations to implement them. Partner with the field operations to define and enforce compliance to the standard processes by building management mechanisms and supporting the field ops leadership team as needed.
Position RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Analytics, or a related field and at least two years of experience in this job or a related occupation. Must also have the following skills:
- Using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Owning program strategy.
- Experience with Excel.
40 hours per week, 8:00am-5:00pm. Salary range $127,200 per year to $185,000 per year. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
