We are seeking a service-driven and hands-on Client Relations & Facilities Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge services, hospitality, and facilities coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a highly visible environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Supervise and support a small team of approximately 4 employees across reception, concierge, hospitality, and facilities functions
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and professional environment
* Lead by example, providing hands-on support while coaching and developing team members
* Act as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate facilities operations, including vendor management, office upkeep, and workspace readiness
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency

* Qualifications:

*** Experience overseeing reception, concierge, hospitality, or facilities operations in a corporate or client-facing environment
* Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving needs
