Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Development, the role is responsible for leading Corporate Development activities for Macquarie Asset Management in the U.S. market.
Key responsibilities include evolving and refining Macquarie Asset Management's strategy, identifying and evaluating acquisitions, divestments, and partnerships, driving business transformation initiatives, and partnering with senior executives. The role requires leading all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and execution. Macquarie Group is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability.
