Location: New York

Sunny Unite is seeking an experienced and highly organized regional operations professional to join our team and oversee commercial retail maintenance and after-sales service projects across North America. This is a Hybrid Opportunity
, combining remote coordination with on-site project management as needed. Under the direction of company leadership, the Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of after‑sales maintenance operations within the assigned region, including work order dispatching, client communication, subcontractor management, site coordination, and cost control. The role is expected to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards while continuously improving client satisfaction and regional operational performance.

Key Responsibilities Regional Operations & Project Management
  • Oversee the overall planning, coordination, and full‑cycle management of after‑sales maintenance projects within the assigned region.
  • Track and manage regional work order status, coordinate labor allocation, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Supervise project progress, work quality, safety compliance, and job site organization.
  • Coordinate milestone inspections and final project closeout to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
  • Maintain complete project records, operational documentation, and maintenance data.
  • Prepare regular operational summaries and progress reports for company leadership.
Client Coordination & Communication
  • Maintain daily communication and coordination with clients, property management teams, government agencies, and related stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to client requests through WeChat, email, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Organize and participate in weekly client coordination meetings to review work order status and outstanding issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long‑term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Subcontractor & Field Management
  • Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers within the assigned region.
  • Guide field teams in implementing technical standards, construction procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor job site safety and key construction milestones.
  • Handle emergencies, safety incidents, and potential project risks, and report issues to company leadership in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate emergency resources and travel to project sites when necessary.
Cost & Operational Control
  • Manage operational efficiency and cost control for regional maintenance projects.
  • Supervise material procurement, delivery, and distribution for maintenance operations.
  • Assist in developing and improving operational procedures and standardized management systems.
  • Support the expansion of after‑sales maintenance services, including market research, client coordination, and business development efforts.
  • Become familiar with client standards and operational requirements, including UNIQLO design and maintenance standards.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Track work order status daily and coordinate technicians and field resources.
  • Guide field personnel in completing maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks.
  • Provide coordination and workflow guidance for special service requests or technically complex work orders.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams primarily through WeChat, phone calls, and email.
  • Attend client coordination meetings to review work order status and discuss pending issues requiring client support.
  • Attend company weekly meetings to report regional operational updates and issues.
  • Communication methods include phone calls, emails, text messages, and virtual meetings.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university with at least two years of directly related experience; or a minimum of four years of commercial/retail construction project management experience.
Technical & Professional Skills
  • Knowledge of architectural construction, electrical and plumbing installation, and commercial maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with both high‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical systems and commercial construction processes.
