We are looking for a motivated leader with a growth mindset who is passionate about kids and operational excellence. In partnership with the General Manager, you will:
- Drive membership growth and sales
- Lead an engaged, high‑energy team
- Create a fun and positive environment for kids and parents
- Coach 8-12 Kid Strong classes per week
Leadership & Operations
- Provide inspirational leadership to coaches and staff
- Assist the GM in meeting sales and operational goals
- Maintain class scheduling and optimization
- Ensure exceptional customer service and member retention
Coaching & Engagement
- Teach high‑energy, pre‑designed Kid Strong workouts (ages walking – 11 years old)
- Motivate and engage with parents and students
- Help train new coaches and maintain Kid Strong programming
Sales & Growth
- Utilize our marketing and lead‑generation strategies
- Drive trial bookings and membership conversions
- Ensure front desk processes run smoothly
- Experience working with kids (education, coaching, fitness, etc.)
- Sales and leadership experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multi‑tasking skills
- Tech savvy:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Epi Pen Certified
High energy and ability to lead workouts. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $49,500 per year.
Bonus Structure:
- Tier 1: $500 per month ($6,000 per year)
- Tier 2: $750 per month ($9,000 per year)
- Tier 3: $1,000 per month ($12,000 per year) – Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
