We're looking for a leader who enjoys solving difficult operational puzzles:
- How do you reduce waitlists without burning out clinicians?
- How do you double capacity without doubling overhead?
- How do you build systems that work even when you're not in the room?
You’ll have broad authority, direct access to the CEO, and the opportunity to build an operating model that can scale nationally.
