Jabs Group is seeking a Director / Head of Cost Management in New York. This senior leadership role requires a strong background in cost management for luxury retail and hospitality projects.
The ideal candidate will lead cost management from budgeting to project closeout, ensuring strict cost control and strong communication with stakeholders. Candidates should have 7–12+ years of experience and be based in or near New York City.
The compensation range is $175,000–$250,000, plus bonuses and support for RICS/APC.
