About the RoleResponsible for all on-site business activities for a specifically assigned customer account. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with established standards and policies, managing and developing site human resources, and meeting site financial goals. The role requires a strong partnership with the Administrator to ensure the highest levels of service and client satisfaction. Objectives include maximizing customer satisfaction, adding sales, and driving profitability through structured planning and the management of the client services team.
Responsibilities- Monitors and ensures compliance with established workflow processes and procedures.
- Manages job scheduling to ensure on-time completion of jobs and other critical production and fulfillment deadlines.
- Supervises efficient and economical utilization of equipment, materials, and labor.
- Ensures performance improvement through training, motivation, development, and site personnel management.
- Determines developmental goals and conducts periodic performance reviews with direct reports.
- Develops and manages relationships with daily and senior level administrators through formal and informal meetings.
- Resolves complaints escalated by the customer or end users in a timely manner.
- Ensures effective performance management with direct reports and oversees overall processes.
- Ensures effective two‑way communication with direct reports and within the area of responsibility.
- Establishes familiarity with equipment capabilities and maintains equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Keeps technical knowledge updated through consultation, instruction, manuals, self‑training, and information exchange.
- Maintains targeted levels of profitability.
- Manages and controls inventory and assets.
- At least 5 years of related experience and management of two or more full‑time employees.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; associate's degree or equivalent required.
- Single site responsibilities may require minimal travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Multiple site responsibilities may require up to 15% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Required to complete any necessary security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter premises.
- Compliance with customer policies and protocols, including COVID‑19 vaccination requirements where applicable.
Annual salary range: $66,300 – $68,700.
Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Manhattan and Bronx, New York.
