We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects across our portfolio companies and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead planning and execution of key strategic and operational projects.
• Coordinate across investment, finance, and operations teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide project reporting and updates to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support integration efforts following acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or investment environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
