Location: New York

Summary

Lead planning and scheduling for new store openings, remodels, and construction projects across the Americas, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with design standards. Maintain master project schedules, track capex budgets, and provide executive-level status updates. This is an on-site corporate role based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and update the master project schedule for stores, offices, and temporary spaces.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, budget trackers, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths and identify schedule risks with mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project capex budgets, forecast cost impacts, and support financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide polished schedule and dashboard updates to regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Construction Managers, external architects, contractors, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Hermes International partners.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and contribute to process and tool improvements for planning workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in luxury retail construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies; proficiency with MS Project and advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with capex budgeting processes, financial reporting, and budget tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of permitting timelines and landlord coordination helpful;
    French language ability is a plus.
