THE ROLE

Supporting the Global Head of Retail Operations in strategically and proactively implementing operations, communications and administration for the retail business. Administrating the compliance and development of new business initiatives from concept through to evaluation, embracing digital platforms and future proofing the global business. Giving our store teams the best experience to deliver impeccable customer experience and support the brand to achieve our goals.

WHAT

WILL I BE DOING? Operational Excellence & Strategy
  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure seamless workflows across all stores and digital channels.
  • Design and implement processes that optimize performance, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify efficiency gains and reduce operational workloads for store teams.
  • Lead end‑to‑year project life cycles for new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments in line with brand strategy.
  • Partner with facilities teams to ensure swift resolution of maintenance issues and physical store standards.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of retail technology, including POS systems and inventory tracking.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing retail operations team, fostering growth and professional excellence.
  • Set the agenda for retail training programs focused on policy adherence and sales growth.
  • Develop internal communication strategies using the company Intranet and G‑Suite to align global teams with company goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between head offices and store teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts in North America, Asia, and People & Culture to maintain a unified brand experience.
Customer Experience & Brand Alignment
  • Utilize customer feedback and behavioral trends to refine in‑store service delivery and complaint resolution.
  • Launch targeted loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand events.
  • Provide stores with the necessary tools and training to maintain 100% adherence to visual brand guidelines.
Budget Oversight
  • Manage retail operations budgets and resource allocation to maximize store‑level profitability.
  • Track and report on retail expenses, sales forecasts, and inventory turnover for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with procurement and ESG teams to optimize the supply chain and reduce operational waste.
  • Deliver data‑driven insights to the Global Head of Retail to address performance challenges and opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Lead crisis management efforts and ensure rigorous compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
