Your Role As a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Transformation, you will help clients transform how they go to market—designing and implementing modern marketing organizations that are data‑driven, technology‑enabled, and built for growth.

You will lead work streams within large transformation programs and independently deliver smaller engagements end‑to‑end, with a focus on marketing operating model design, activation, and execution. You will partner closely with frog and wider Capgemini Invent teams across strategy, data, and technology to deliver integrated outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design and delivery of marketing transformation engagements, with accountability for specific work streams or standalone projects

Designing and implementing marketing operating models, including organization structure, governance, processes, and ways of working

Developing data‑driven marketing strategies spanning segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle engagement

Translating client challenges into structured problem statements, transformation roadmaps, and actionable recommendations

Supporting Mar Tech strategy and enablement (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe)
Defining and operationalizing AI‑enabled marketing use cases in collaboration with data and technology teams

Managing senior client relationships (Director to VP level) and building trust through delivery excellence

Leading cross‑functional teams to deliver strategy, data, technology, and execution solutions

Supporting proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations

Identifying and shaping account expansion opportunities to support long‑term growth

As a people leader, you will also:

Manage and develop 2–4 direct reports through coaching, performance management, and career development

Lead day‑to‑day team delivery and ensure high‑quality outputs

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture

Support recruiting, onboarding, and capability development initiatives

Contribute to the evolution of Marketing Strategy & Transformation offerings, thought leadership, and reusable assets
