JobDetails
We are seeking a Division Head of Soft Goods (Product Development & Sourcing) to lead all aspects of a growing soft goods and bedding category.
Location:
New York City (in‑office most of the week)
Scope:
End-to-end ownership of product lifecycle, including design, development, sourcing, costing, and production.
Global Sourcing:
Oversight of international vendor network (Asia-focused, with flexibility to evolve strategy).
Leadership:
Reports into executive leadership; responsible for building and leading a cross‑functional team.
Travel:
International travel required for vendor management and key partner meetings.
Retail Exposure:
Strong alignment with large‑scale retail and value‑oriented channels.
- Deep experience in soft goods product development and global sourcing
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership and cost structure
- Ability to partner across design, merchandising, and supply chain
- Experience working with high‑volume retail accounts
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities
