We are seeking a dynamic and highly accomplished Control Tower Manager to lead our Control Tower team within Trade Working Capital Solutions. This critical leadership role will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and driving the execution of performance management, metric development, dashboard creation, and workflow optimization for our Client Service and Middle Office functions. The Control Tower Manager will champion a data-driven culture, leverage advanced analytics to unlock significant business opportunities, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
A proven track record in Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Client Services, coupled with an ability to translate strategic vision into tangible results, is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Performance Leadership:
- Manage the team, as well as define and lead the strategic framework for performance measurement and analysis across Trade Working Capital Solutions products for Client Service and Middle Office teams.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide critical insights into operational efficiency, client experience, and business performance.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytics to identify trends, predict outcomes, and proactively address performance gaps.
- Operational Excellence & Workflow Transformation:
- Lead initiatives to re-engineer and optimize complex workflow processes within Client Service and Middle Office, focusing on maximizing efficiency, reducing risk, and improving client satisfaction.
- Champion the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Business Growth & Opportunity Realization:
- Strategically identify and drive the realization of significant business opportunities through deep analytical insights, such as enhancing guarantee renewals, optimizing credit line utilization, and expanding client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Middle Office leadership to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies that generate measurable business growth.
- Technology & Data Strategy Partnership:
- Act as a senior liaison with Technology teams, guiding the strategic design, development, and integration of robust reporting infrastructure, data platforms, and advanced analytical tools.
- Ensure data governance and integrity standards are maintained at the highest level to support reliable decision-making.
- Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and strategic recommendations to senior management, Executive Committee members, and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Product, Sales, Operations, and Technology, to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing performance metrics, driving dashboard development, and leading process optimization initiatives, combined with strong executive presence and leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive strategic initiatives.
