Location: Farmingdale

** Office Manager - LTL Transportation*
* ** Adecco is partnering with a client in the transportation and logistics industry to hire an experienced Office Manager.*
* This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with LTL transportation experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Oversee daily office and customer service operations.

+ Lead and support a team of 5-7 customer service representatives.

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, pickups, deliveries, and service concerns.

+ Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

+ Handle customer escalations, freight claims, and OS&D issues.

+ Maintain transportation documentation and assist with billing inquiries.

+ Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

** Qualifications*
* + Experience in office management, customer service, logistics, or transportation.

+  
** LTL transportation experience required.*
* + Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
