Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation on a project
- Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes a positive partnering relationship among all project team members
- Coordinates project scope, complexity, planning and scheduling with client and development of team members
- Identify, mitigate and manage risks associated with assigned projects and their integration into the existing environment
- Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan
- Manages the project budget development process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Communicates effectively with all levels and across the organization
- Generate submittals and orders to vendors and submittal returns to and from Architects and clients
- Shop Drawing Submittals, Review and Response of RFIs, ASI, etc
