About the Role:The Chief of Staff US will act as a strategic partner and advisor to US President, streamlining executive operations, driving key initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional efforts. This role enables leadership focus, accelerates business impact, and ensures alignment across teams.
Accountabilities:- Partner cross functionally and with high resourcefulness and agility to drive key initiatives across the region and achieve the US & Dyson’s global vision and strategy
- Interface and influence global functions to land key global and local business change initiatives
- Taking the lead on critical projects related to the transformation of the business and bring together different change and business initiatives into an integrated transformation journey for the business
- Work closely with the regional president for US, and wider Leadership team to review and shape compelling strategies and tactics that are aligned with the overall US goals and targets
- Critical stakeholder in managing US representation to Executive Committee, Board Members, CEO and Founder
- Nurturing a team with a strong strategic mindset operating in a collaborative manner within the organization
We are looking for a leader who brings a consulting mindset – someone comfortable advising stakeholders, managing complex transformations, and moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.
