Description
The Culture & Leadership Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise strategy for culture, leadership development, employee listening, and organizational leadership expectations across the organization. This role shapes how leadership behaviors, culture priorities, and employee experience programs support business performance and enterprise transformation.
This leader partners across the COE, PXT, and executive leadership to design scalable solutions that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and cultural alignment globally. The role focuses on strategy, standards, governance, and enterprise design, while operational execution is delivered through PXT and functional partners.
This role requires a strong enterprise thinker with experience in leadership development, culture transformation, employee experience, and executive stakeholder management.
- Define and drive enterprise culture and leadership strategy aligned to business priorities and organizational transformation goals
- Design and evolve leadership principles, leadership expectations, and enterprise culture frameworks
- Own employee listening strategy, including enterprise surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning frameworks
- Lead flagship leadership and culture programs that strengthen leadership capability and future leadership pipelines
- Establish standards for leadership development content, formats, delivery models, and enterprise leadership experiences
- Partner with PXT and regional teams to ensure deployment-ready solutions are scalable and locally adaptable
- Drive enterprise leadership communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as Global Process Owner (GPO) for leadership and culture domain processes, governance, and standards
- Use data, external benchmarks, and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine solutions and measure impact
- 10+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, HRBP, or related HR leadership roles
- Strong expertise in culture transformation, leadership strategy, and employee experience design
- Experience leading enterprise-wide leadership development or culture initiatives in a global organization
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience with employee listening platforms, leadership frameworks, and organizational diagnostics
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed, global environments
