Overview
Our client, a large hybrid PE/HF in Midtown, is looking for a Senior Compensation Director to join the team. This person will report into the head of compensation and have ownership of a few functional areas of the firm. The role will cover comp strategy and relationship/program management, while managing a small team. The firm has a great culture and reputation and is in strong growth mode.
Responsibilities- Own key areas of the firm's compensation program, including strategy and program management.
- Lead relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage a small team within the compensation function.
- 5-8 years of experience in compensation, preferably from a bank or competitive fund.
