Restoration Project Manager – Water/Mold Damage ($80k base)

Location: Latham, NY

Compensation: Up to $80,000/year (based on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking an organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee water and mold damage restoration projects in the Capital Region. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience coordinating restoration work, and a focus on customer satisfaction and timely project completion.

• Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Communicate with clients regarding project scope, progress, and outcomes.
• Prepare project documentation, including estimates, work orders, and reports.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.

• 2+ years of project management experience in water/mold damage restoration or construction preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with restoration industry standards, equipment, and techniques a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
