As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuringcov excellent performance in all areas by collaborating closely with your District Manager. You must comply with legal requirements, company policies, and risk and compliance structures while leading, developing, and retaining a highly engaged team. Your success depends on delivering exceptional guest experiences, hitting sales targets, and maximizing EBITDA.
- Virtue‑Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
- Recruitment: Handle recruitment, pre‑boarding, onboarding, optimal team positioning, and talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement: Motivate the team through development plans, feedback, in‑store training, team meetings, and maintain engagement scores.
- Guest
Experience:
Build strong guest relations, foster loyalty, and maintain a guest‑first approach. - Operational Requirements: Enforce hygiene, health and safety standards; maintain local brand standards and ratings.
- Shift Planning: Create optimal store shift plans considering seasonality, events; manage absenteeism, onboarding and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Stock Handling: Own stock processes – counting, ordering, inventory control – keeping waste below target.
- Performance Management: Drive sales and EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Experience leading a team of at least 10 employees.
