We are based in New York City and we were founded & are led by a unicorn Founder, who built a company in healthcare from just him to a $5 Bn market value as CEO. He is now the CEO and Founder of another operating healthcare company, and serves as the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for RVS companies.

RVS takes a focused and selective approach, starting a few high-potential companies each year, all of which have grown into revenue-generating businesses. As a co-founder of a new business incubated out of RVS, you will work closely with the RVS team, including the Founder. If you have the drive to lead an ambitious new company through many years to become a multi-billion dollar company and have a large impact on many, RVS offers the platform and resources to make it happen.

Currently, Revolution Venture Studios (RVS) is dedicated to creating high-impact companies focused on addressing major healthcare and wellness challenges. In this role, you would be a Co-Founder and lead engineering. This means you should be able to code hands on and build the product, all while also hiring and managing a small number of additional engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Build the initial product, in collaboration with your Co-Founder and CEO as well as the venture studio; you will work directly day to day with the CEO, who will be your equal partner, and the venture studio, including a unicorn Founder and CEO who will serve as the Chair of the Board
• Able to build in a scrappy way, and quickly iterate based on customer feedback.
• Build a small team of engineers as necessary; may rely on contractors or hired engineers, but you will effectively be the lead developer on the project from Day 1.

Qualifications:

• Grit:
  All RVS portfolio CEOs demonstrate a high level of grit and are able to run through walls to ensure the success of the business.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A unique level of passion and drive, with the ability to inspire teams and execute ambitious growth strategies.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
  Experience in healthcare or related sectors is preferred, but not required.
• Ownership Mindset:
  Willingness to take full ownership of the product, collaborate closely with RVS & the CEO, and drive the concept to success.
• Healthcare Expertise (preferred but not required):
  Deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
• AI Experience (preferred but not required):
  Whether self-taught or in your professional experience, you have developed products using AI.
• MOST IMPORTANT:
  Unique level of passion & drive; able to motivate yourself and those around you to build incredible products & ensure that they are marketable.

• Equity and Cash Compensation:
  You will receive a salary, typically reduced from a market salary for your career level, in addition to significant equity in the company. We are looking for entrepreneurs who wish to take this from initial build of the product, to IPO, and beyond over the course of many years. This is a true Co-Founder position, but it is also funded from Day 1 that you would join full-time.
• Direct Access to Expertise:
  Work directly with the RVS Founder, who has extensive experience in building multi-billion dollar companies, and will typically serve as Chairperson to the Board of the company and Co-Founder.
• Autonomy & Co-Founder Matching:
  This is a true Co-Founder position. You will be the main builder of the actual product as the engineering leader, but will be matched with a CEO / Co-Founder who will typically own product management, marketing, and more. That said, team structures are malleable, and RVS works with extraordinary founders and works with them to find the right fit to build once in a generation companies..
• Office Space and Resources:
  Access to office space in NYC’s Union Square, along with the support of the RVS network and portfolio.
