Lead Project Manager – Ground‑Up Multi‑Family

We are a family‑owned general contractor serving New York City for decades, specializing in ground‑up multifamily residential builds and affordable, mixed‑income housing.

• 120‑500 million dollar projects
• Residential high‑rise and lump‑sum experience in NYC preferred
• Procore and Bluebeam software experience highly preferred
• Responsible for managing projects from start to finish

• Extremely competitive salary: $150,000–$230,000 per year
• Bonus potential
