Real Estate Manager – Mall Kiosks & Retail Locations (U.S. Expansion) About the Company

We are a fast-growing tech company operating a network of portable power bank rental stations for mobile phones. Our stations are placed in high-traffic venues such as shopping malls, retail centers, and entertainment locations. As we expand across the United States, we are building partnerships with major mall operators to launch kiosk and small-format retail locations nationwide.

Goals for This Role

The main objective of this position is to drive our national expansion through strategic real estate partnerships. You will identify and secure kiosk and retail locations in shopping malls, work directly with leasing teams and landlords, and negotiate lease agreements that support our growth strategy.

A key part of this role is leveraging existing relationships and direct access to decision-makers at shopping malls, retail landlords, and leasing teams to accelerate our expansion.

What You Need to Be Able to Do
  • Identify and secure high-traffic mall locations for kiosks or retail placements
  • Leverage existing relationships with mall operators, leasing directors, and brokers
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with landlords and property managers
  • Analyze foot traffic, visibility, and customer flow to select high-performing locations
  • Prepare location proposals and ROI models
  • Negotiate lease terms including rent structure, lease duration, and operating costs
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to launch new locations

Candidates should ideally have direct relationships with shopping mall decision-makers or brokers
, as well as strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Expected Results After One Year

Within the first year, you will build a strong pipeline of mall opportunities, secure multiple kiosk or retail locations, and establish strategic partnerships with key mall operators that support our nationwide expansion.
