ABOUT THE CLIENT

We are supporting a well‑established, global software business recognised for its evidence‑based approach and strong international growth. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale their United States operation.

THE SENIOR VP, SALES & GROWTH STRATEGY / COUNTRY MANAGER – USA

As Sales Director for the United States, you will take full responsibility for the performance, growth, and profitability of the US business. You will define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, scale revenue, build high‑performing teams, and establish the organisation as a premium digital marketing partner in a highly competitive market.

You will personally contribute to enterprise‑level sales, strategic partnerships, and key client relationships, while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. This role acts as the senior US leader and a strategic bridge to the global executive team.

GENERAL MANAGER / COUNTRY MANAGER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • 12+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a software business
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and teams in the US market
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in enterprise sales
  • Experience leading sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success functions
  • Highly data‑driven approach to forecasting, growth, and performance management
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes, operating rhythms, and leadership teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level
  • Customer‑first mindset with long‑term value creation at the core of decision‑making
