This role provides real responsibility, intentional coaching, and direct exposure to what it takes to lead and operate a successful business.

This is not a passive internship or a shadowing role. Leadership & Business Interns will be trusted to contribute to the business, lead team members, own projects, and grow through regular coaching from the Owner/Operator and leadership team.

The leadership development portion of this role is designed to provide real‑world experience in operations, people development, culture, and business ownership.

• Meet regularly with the Owner/Operator or senior leadership team for coaching, feedback, and mentorship
• Learn leadership principles that apply far beyond the restaurant
• Gain hands‑on experience leading people in a fast‑paced business environment
• Own, improve, and develop a specific area of the business
• Participate in conversations around operations, leadership, culture, marketing, sales growth, profitability, and team development
• Learn how key business metrics impact restaurant performance
• Develop practical business language and decision‑making skills
• Lead projects and initiatives that create measurable results
• Receive feedback and coaching designed to prepare them for future leadership opportunities
• Gain exposure to the path of business ownership, including what it takes to lead and operate a Chick‑fil‑A restaurant
