The successful candidate will serve as Chief Executive Officer, advancing the school’s mission of academic excellence and forming servant leaders grounded in the faith, tradition, and charism of the Xaverian Brothers.

This leader will oversee the institution’s strategic direction, financial sustainability, and mission centered culture while fostering a diverse and innovative learning environment.

Major priorities and responsibilities for the next President include, but are not limited to:

Governance

Demonstrate a clear understanding of and respect for the President-Principal model including empowerment of the Principal to lead the academic program and oversee the day-to-day educational life of the school. Strategic

Planning

Collaborate closely with the Board of Trustees to develop, communicate, and implement a mission-driven strategic vision that advances the long-term sustainability and growth of the school. Lead institutional planning efforts that build upon the school’s recent momentum and success while aligning all strategic priorities with the Catholic and Xaverian mission, enrollment growth, financial strength, academic innovation, facilities development, and the evolving needs of students and families.

Administration

& Finance

Provide visionary and effective executive leadership for key school operations, including finance, human resources, facilities, risk management, technology, and institutional policies. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and stewardship by ensuring the responsible management of the school’s resources, supporting and developing faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, demonstrating knowledge of best practices of school administration and school safety protocols and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and mission-aligned environment for students and families.
