About the Role
Advanced proficiency in site operations and procedures with the ability to assign tasks to colleagues and manage responsibilities within the team.
Your ImpactKey responsibilities include:
- Promptly inform supervisors of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, or voice.
- Deliver excellent customer service, serving as the main point of contact for daily client activity and participating in client meetings when necessary.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Site Procedure Guide, ensuring all account processes are accurately documented.
- Oversee workflow and job balance between staff, ensuring tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
- Communicate and train the team on workflow or procedural changes.
- Manage daily and monthly service activity records.
- Provide coverage during short‑staffing periods by attending cross‑functional trainings.
- Adapt to site responsibility and coverage changes based on client or division needs.
- Handle roles such as Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, and File Room/Records File Services as assigned.
- Reproduce print requests accurately and promptly.
- Review electronic files for print readiness, then print, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate, and perform pre‑delivery quality control.
- Log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine upkeep.
- Record and address customer inquiries and fulfill requests, performing convenience care functions as needed.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated rate for this role is $17.20 - $23.37 hourly. This is a second shift position, scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required), plus 1–2 years of related experience.
- Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods while performing duties.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Potential driving between multiple client locations; personal vehicle and valid driver’s license may be required.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Required to obtain any necessary security or other clearances required by customers to enter premises.
- Compliance with customer policies and protocols, including COVID‑19 measures if applicable.
Full‑time on‑site position requiring presence at the assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory on scheduled work days.
