Hire, coach, and develop Restaurant General Managers and shift leaders across 4-10 Taco Bell locations;
Monitor and analyze area performance and customer satisfaction to drive improvements;
Lead product and program rollouts within the area and ensure successful execution by RGMs;
Manage and resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relationships and uphold service standards;
Travel between designated stores daily to supervise operations and ensure adherence to the Annual Operating Plan
