Maintenance Superintendent
This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility. The Maintenance Superintendent will ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively, adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance personnel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance staff
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Managing maintenance budgets and procurement of materials
- Providing technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel
Qualifications:
