We are seeking a Southeast Regional Vice President who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving market share growth, and delivering operational excellence in the retail mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Build and maintain a robust sales and operations team aligned with corporate growth goals.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail mortgage production management and 8 years of mortgage banking retail origination experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in building, motivating, and leading sales teams to achieve production and profitability goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, GNMA guidelines, as well as TIL regulations, RESPA, and other compliance requirements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Aptitude for analyzing data, planning strategically, and executing business development initiatives.
  • Personal Characteristics: Self-motivated, adaptable, results-driven, and a skilled negotiator with a coaching mentality.

In addition to the listed requirements, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in recruiting and retaining top talent to drive organizational growth. Specifically:

  • Talent Acquisition: Experience proactively sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding seasoned Loan Officers or similar professionals in the mortgage industry.
