Taco Bell - - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to meet the Annual Operating Plan for the area;
Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers;
Coach RGMs on the '4 Rights' and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions;
Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success;
Analyze the financial performance of the area and identify trends
