Business Development & Team Leader

A full time Business Development & Team Leader is needed for a non profit healthcare organization servicing the Westchester area. Must have 5+ years of experience in non profit healthcare, with a strong background in business development, government services, referral source development, and team leadership.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive expansion and oversee a growing team serving individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on business development, market growth, strengthening government and community relationships, and leading a team of 10 professionals.

The ideal candidate understands the non profit healthcare landscape, has experience working with government agencies and referral networks, and can successfully grow services within the general market. This is a hands on leadership position for someone who can both strategize and execute growth initiatives while managing and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives across Westchester and Rockland County
• Build and maintain referral sources and government relationships
• Expand services and identify new growth opportunities
• Oversee and manage a team of 10 staff members
• Strengthen partnerships with community organizations and agencies
• Ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements
• Track performance metrics and drive measurable growth
