Senior Director, Experience Solutions & Success
Senior Director, Experience Solutions & Success oversees and leads the development and deployment of key strategic digital product and solutions for EVERSANA. The role ensures that target business benefits are achieved as part of the company’s digital growth strategy and requires senior executive engagement and reporting on initiative performance.
Responsibilities- Strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS clients, connecting the dots across the organization, activating the appropriate teams and capabilities to help wedge in additional services over time.
- Ensure flawless execution of our EVERSANA ESS activities and connect the dots to other areas of the business.
- Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan in partnership with commercial marketing.
- Strategically partner with Agency account and EVERSANA new business teams to drive EVERSANA ESS awareness, sales and connect the dots across the organization, activating the appropriate teams and capabilities.
- Assist new business pitch preparation and presentations.
- Lead Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream and support SVP in Affinity data partnerships.
- Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management and customer engagements, including member interviews, synthesizing and pulling through applicable feedback to internal team, events planning.
- Support and inform prospective client targeting efforts.
- Act as 3rd party Media vendor and internal media team liaison.
- Marketing contributor to omnichannel engine product roadmap.
- Support and inform creation of new standard operating procedures for product implementation and handoff process for the engine once client signs.
- Partner with account, strategy, PMO across Divisions and Service Lines and omnichannel implementation and product teams to define the project approach and plan for omnichannel initiatives, oversee work plans/timelines and communicate revisions as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements across the program.
- Lead priorities and milestones at a program-level; manage assigned internal and external resources to completion.
- Set and drive the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Efficiently manage and allocate budgets and resources to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and embrace new technologies or methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the organization at major industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Lead initiatives that support community development and environmental sustainability.

- Hours (40 hours per week)
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
- Experience and/or Training
- 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.
- 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management (managing project managers) as well as Agile teams.
- Well-versed in Agile framework and rolling out Agile to an organization (some projects will be hybrid).
- 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional and global project teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative work style.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform detail‑oriented work accurately, handle several assignments simultaneously, maintain confidential information, and produce reports in a timely manner.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
