The Senior Director
- Finacial Property Operations will oversee and enhance operational processes within the property department of a reputable community real estate developer doing sizable projects, ground up and preservation across residential, commercial and biased in affordable housing. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in creating efficiencies and managing large-scale operations. Description Lead all financial operations, reporting, auditing, process improvement and implementation with involvement in HR operations, working closely with the CFO Lead and optimize operational processes within the property department to ensure efficiency and excellence - for a very large portfolio in NY Develop and implement strategic plans to align operations with the organization's overall goals.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the department. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the property department. - Finacial Property Operations should have: A strong background in accounting and real estate operations management within the real estate space. Will have worked as a controller/accountant or had heavy involvement with financial management, strategy and reporting. Proven experience in strategic planning and process optimization.
