Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives on developing people, driving financial performance, and building winning teams? We're looking for a Branch Manager who can lead a high-performing operation while delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth.
In this role, you'll have full responsibility for branch performance, including revenue, profitability, employee development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll work alongside a talented leadership team, influence strategic decisions, and play a key role in preparing future leaders within the organization.

What You'll DoAfter completing a comprehensive onboarding and leadership training program, you will assume full responsibility for a branch location and lead all aspects of the operation.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own branch financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, expense management, and P&L accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals, operational excellence, and customer retention.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and develop top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.
- Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and performance that motivates employees to succeed.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, improve productivity, and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage fleet operations and ensure compliance with all company vehicle policies.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and Human Resources on workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
- Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain expertise in operational best practices, sales leadership, and industry trends.
- Complete a structured 90-day leadership onboarding program before assuming branch responsibility.
- Travel approximately 25% for leadership meetings, branch support, and operational visits.
- Willingness to relocate within the division for future advancement opportunities is preferred.
- Base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance-based incentive opportunities.
