Your Roles In BriefThe Departmental Registration Service is responsible for registering succession declarations (main or partial life insurance), donations, manual donations, and all acts of companies under private signature or notarized as well as all related notarized acts, transfers of shares, declarations of omitted capital gains at the foot of the act presented to the land publicity service as well as any private act to which the user wishes to give a certain date.
The DRS is composed of 5 controllers and 10 agents, supervised by a senior inspector and a service manager. The agents are trained to be polyvalent on several subjects to allow the management of priorities.
Profile SoughtYou will welcome the public as part of a team of 5 agents on rotation (half a day of physical reception per week per agent).
You will register declarations in the dedicated computer application.
