Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Supervisor (SOS) to lead daily operations at our fast-paced 3PL distribution center in Astoria, supporting LaGuardia Airport. This role oversees team performance, dock operations, customer service, and supplier relationships. We are looking for a driven leader with strong decision-making skills and a commitment to building a high-performing team. Career growth, promotion, and relocation opportunities are available.

To

be successful, you should have:

Minimum 2 years experience in team or employee management, with team building and coaching skills.
Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM—1:00 PM (flexibility to work weekends based on business needs)
Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software.
Ability to lift to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver’s license requirements.
Associate’s degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education.

Your Responsibilities as the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be:

Train, lead, and ensure team adherence to all BAL, TSA, airport, and customer regulations and policies.
Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, distribution, and performance monitoring.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency; identify and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and airport stakeholders to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Execute administrative tasks and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
