Site Leader

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to join the Field Operations team. We are looking for a self‑starting and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates and oversee the facility’s operations, ensuring a perfect customer experience.

• 6+ years of experience leading a workforce in a fast‑paced environment
• Background in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent sectors
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Proficiency in team development and engagement
• Strong ability to lead in an ever‑changing environment
• Proven track record as a change agent improving processes and efficiencies
• Ability to manage fluid schedules, available during peak hours (5 pm–3 am) and on weekends/holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds

• Plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
• Drive improvements to key performance indicators such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order
• Ensure financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and expense goals
• Maintain compliance with Gopuff policies, legal regulations, and safety standards through analysis of reports
• Oversee human resource compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide the management team
• Train site leadership on expense control, labor budgeting, and adherence to budgets and sales volumes
• Create and execute plans to enhance the financial performance of the site
• Maintain appearance in accordance with marketing and merchandising guidelines while delivering a customer‑focused retail experience
