As a Sr. Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for leading the maintenance operations of the community while ensuring excellent service delivery, operational consistency, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

- Valid driver's license
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance, including 2+ years in a multi-site or senior leadership capacity

Advanced expertise in oversight of:
- Various HVAC systems
- Plumbing systems including boilers and water heaters
- Electrical systems
- Appliances
- Building envelope and structural design
- Pool management (where applicable)
- Wastewater treatment systems (where applicable)
Development & Training
- Monthly safety training as part of Heatherwood's Safety Culture
- Ongoing leadership, management, and advanced technical development
- Training and support for EPA Universal, CPR, CPO, Standpipe certifications (S95, S12, S13) where applicable
- Access to online training resources
