We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Management Operations team s role will be based in New York City and is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of our client management strategy, partnering with operations, technology, sales, distribution and practice teams to increase commercial opportunities and optimize client retention.
  • Leverage client data to drive end‑to‑end service excellence, designing the client reference and preference data strategy and developing KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Advance a globally consistent colleague and client experience in transition management and onboarding, covering Transition Management, Client Due Diligence, Internal Client Set‑Up, Servicing Preparation / Client Profile completion, and Client Service Agreement coordination.
  • Contribute to the value stream technology strategy, establishing change and adoption plans with regional leaders and ensuring solution consistency.
  • Develop methods to implement long‑term project goals for complex, regional initiatives, prioritizing transformation needs and delivering desired outcomes.
  • Manage project funds and create detailed project plans covering resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, and dependencies; prepare global status reports and interface with stakeholders across seven regions.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities with stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.
  • Provide tracking and next steps in initiative delivery, supporting project teams with process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, and acceleration of transformation and value creation.
  • Influence cross‑functional leaders across a highly matrixed global organization to align competing perspectives, build consensus, and guide stakeholders through complex change journeys—delivering on program milestones, minimizing disruption, and securing sustained adoption.
Qualifications
  • 12 years in program/project management of large, complex solutions aligned with organizational strategic vision.
  • 8 years experience facilitating and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen—ability to identify where operations can enhance the client value proposition with a client‑centric focus.
  • Proactive stakeholder management, strategic and tactical influencing skills.
  • Experience leading transformation/change at scale and pace.
  • Ability to lead in ambiguity—translate complexity into a clear vision.
  • Pragmatic problem‑solving approach aligned to client and business needs, operating with a sense of urgency.
  • Team player, demonstrating strength in working collaboratively.
  • Evidence of ability to innovate.
  • Extensive people‑leadership experience managing mid‑sized (3‑8 person) project teams and influencing non‑direct reports.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Project Management Methodology certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Operations experience intersecting insurance and consulting.
  • Project management experience in multi‑cultural and multi‑site environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple simultaneous large‑scale transformation programs across operations and IT globally.
  • Strong commercial understanding of client needs, innovative technology solutions (robotics, AI, etc.), and ability to develop new products, processes, and standards supporting business strategy.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $129,800 to $276,600. In addition to base pay, the position may be eligible for performance incentives. The total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(K) savings, and other retirement programs along with employee assistance programs.
