As part of a replacement, we are looking for our future logistics team leader. You will join a team of around thirty people at our industrial site in Eygalières!
Your main mission will be to lead a team of ten order preparers and loaders.
Your main duties will be the following:
- Organize preparations and loadings by allocating necessary resources to respect established schedules.
- Welcome drivers and follow up on loadings, including outside support hours.
- Ensure effective team handover by taking and leaving clear and precise instructions.
- Monitor and control the handling equipment provided to ensure their availability and good condition.
- Manage stock storage and ensure the reliability of inventories and the good management of product locations.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization of logistics areas to ensure an optimal working environment.
- Organize and optimize logistics flows, while actively participating in inventory operations.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize logistics processes.
Holder of a minimum Bac +2 in logistics, you have at least 5 years of experience in the industrial field ideally. You also have solid experience in field team management.
