Since 2014, IJC has trained more than 500 lawyers and advocates who have provided legal services to over 135,000 immigrants nationwide. As a recognized leader in immigrant justice, talent development, and access to counsel, IJC is poised for its next chapter of growth and impact.
TheOpportunity
IJC seeks a visionary, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and influence. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic leadership, drive fundraising and external engagement, oversee organizational performance, and champion IJC's nationally recognized fellowship model.
This is an opportunity to lead a highly respected national organization at a pivotal moment for immigrant communities and the legal services field.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to IJC and guide the organization through its next phase of growth and influence.
- Drive fundraising and external engagement with stakeholders, partners, and funders.
- Oversee organizational performance, operations, and governance in collaboration with the Board.
- Champion IJC's nationally recognized fellowship model and contribute to talent development in immigrant justice.
