Overview
At PwC, our tax services professionals provide advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy to help clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions.
In this role, you will provide specialized tax advice and solutions in niche areas such as accounting methods, fixed‑assets, research and development tax credits, and other complex tax matters.
You will lead by motivating, developing, and inspiring a high‑performing team while coaching and leveraging each team member’s strengths. You will identify opportunities to contribute to the firm’s success and ensure delivery of high‑quality client services with integrity and authenticity.
Responsibilities- Lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
- Oversee project success, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining elevated quality standards.
- Motivate, develop, and inspire team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success.
- Embrace technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.
- Foster a culture of integrity and authenticity.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of experience in tax, technology, or finance sectors.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance credentials may qualify.
- Knowledge of accounting methods and revenue recognition.
- Experience with FAS 109 and compliance.
- Skills in inventory management, including LIFO.
- Technical expertise in tax analysis and cost capitalization.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in automation, digitization, and data visualization tools.
- Leadership in coaching and providing feedback.
Up to 20%.
Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $99,000 - $266,000, with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave.
