Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non‑compliance.

Opportunity

As part of the Financial Services Tax team you are expected to provide benefits through digitisation, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement work streams by supervising teams and independently solving and analysing complex problems to develop top‑quality deliverables. You are expected to leverage PwC's exceptional technical knowledge and specialization, coupled with industry insights, to solve clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables
  • Manage client service accounts and engagement work streams
  • Independently solve and analyse complex problems
  • Utilise PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs
  • Drive digitisation, automation, and efficiency improvements
  • Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance
  • Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 4 years of experience
  • CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance‑specific credentials may qualify
What Sets You Apart
  • In‑depth knowledge in tax issues for multinational U.S. banks
  • Proven record in managing project management teams
  • Experience with FATCA, 1441, FBAR, and qualified intermediary
  • Developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships
  • Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal documents
  • Leading teams to generate vision and motivate members
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of automation and digitisation in professional services
  • Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies
Travel Requirements

Up to 20%

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $99,000–$266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
