StrategicPlanning & Thought Leadership
- Stay informed and share industry, cultural trends, and technological advances that shape the work.
- Provide thought leadership to consult on complex issues and identify innovative solutions.
- Navigate the social media ecosystem to make ongoing recommendations leveraging paid, owned and earned opportunities.
- Apply best practices across disciplines and ensure strategic alignment across all channels and teams for a fully integrated approach.
- Offer high‑level strategic counsel to all clients and prospects, deepening understanding of their business and uncovering motivations and needs.
- Lead the development and execution of influencer strategy work.
- Oversee activation of all influencer and talent partnerships, ensuring timeliness, quality and effectiveness.
- Own and manage assigned lines of business and relationships with clients and agency teams at all levels.
- Develop critical relationships with talent agencies, managers, and emerging talent.
- Identify innovative partnership models and tools—including AI partners—to elevate and expedite work.
- Foster a positive, professional environment supporting clients, talent, teammates, and the work.
- Set a standard of excellence through coaching and mentorship that builds strong, motivated internal teams.
- Spot challenges early and involve agency leadership to provide solutions.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of best‑in‑class social media and influencer marketing, including emerging trends.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients, manage tough conversations, and safeguard account health.
- Identify and grow billings within assigned lines of business, delivering breakthrough work that aligns with brand and strategy.
- Ensure successful financial operations across lines of business, adhering to the scope of work.
- Inspire new products, services, and innovative ways of doing business.
- Strategically identify and sell incremental solutions or capabilities to drive organic growth.
- Maintain account and project profitability.
- Assist in new business pitches as appropriate.
- Demonstrate strong supervisory, delegation, and escalation judgment.
- Keep teams operating at peak performance.
- Provide input for performance reviews and coaching to maximize success.
- Conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
- Deliver continuous, real‑time feedback to support team growth.
- Ensure team members receive training and resources to achieve development goals.
