Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, project timeline execution, stakeholder engagement, and communication across multiple organizational groups to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and departments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, action items, and resource allocation.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.

  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience working directly with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout project life cycles.
  • Skilled in managing expectations and providing clear project status reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to serve as a communication hub across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating activities among technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, presentation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing enterprise technology or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, large enterprise, or regulated environments is a plus.
